Digital Equity Research Center Founder and Director, Dr. Colin Rhinesmith will moderate one of the livestreamed sessions at this year’s Net Inclusion conference, which is taking place February 28-March 2 in San Antonio.
The session, titled “Building Local Digital Inclusion Ecosystems” includes the following speakers Geoff Millener, COO, The Enterprise Center; Jess Ross, Executive Director, Austin Free-Net; Mikhail Sundust, Executive Director, Digital Connect; and Patricia Brigham, Director of Development, Westchester Library System.
Session Overview: A digital inclusion ecosystem is defined by the combination of programs and policies that meet a geographic community’s unique needs. Coordinating entities work collectively across their communities to address all aspects of digital inclusion, through the coordination of planning, programs, advocacy, and funding.
