On January 16, the Center’s Dr. Colin Rhinemsith joined co-author Sangha Kang-Le to discuss their recently released report Developing a Digital Equity Theory of Change with Tech Goes Home on the Connected Nation Podcast. The report, published in November 2023 by Tech Goes Home (TGH) and resulting from a year-long research collaboration, offers actionable recommendations for TGH as well as for digital equity organizations and policymakers.
